HiPMM / PMM-8+

HiPMM is the product and engine; PMM-8+ is the underlying personality and collaboration model. It configures how roles work together before agents are orchestrated.

HiPMM applies an eight-dimensional model to reusable role and team scenes. Through API, SDK and MCP surfaces, these configurations can drive HiPMMCode or other compatible clients.

Why it matters to agent teams

More agents do not automatically produce a better result. Roles can duplicate work, avoid disagreement or leave verification unowned. HiPMM makes role differences, collaboration relationships and delivery responsibility explicit.
